How to Choose Tyres on Our Website?

Our online store is designed keeping in mind convenience, making it quick and easy to find the right tyres. We also offer home delivery, allowing you to order everything you need with just a few clicks without leaving the comfort of your home.

When selecting tyres, you can filter products by the following criteria:

  • Tyre Width – This indicates the distance between the sidewalls of the tyre in millimeters. Standard tyre widths vary depending on the type of vehicle and its purpose. For example, passenger cars typically use tyres with a width of 155–245 mm, while SUVs and trucks use widths of 225–335 mm. In the designation 205/55 R16 91H, the tyre width is 205 mm.
  • Tyre Profile – This represents the ratio between the tyre’s height and width, expressed as a percentage. For example, if the tyre width is 200 mm and the sidewall height is 100 mm, the profile is 50%. Common tyre profiles are divided into several categories: full profile (over 80%), high profile (70–80%), low profile (50–65%), and ultra-low profile (under 50%). In the designation 225/40 R18, the profile is 40%.
  • Tyre Diameter – This indicates the distance from one side of the tyre to the other, passing through the center point, and is measured in inches. It is displayed in the tyre’s designation. Standard diameters for passenger cars range from 13 to 22 inches. In the designation 205/55R16, the diameter is 16 inches.

Tyre Selection by Season:

  • Summer tyres – Offer excellent grip on dry roads and temperatures above +7°C, but they become too stiff in cooler weather.
  • Winter tyres – Feature deeper tread and a special rubber compound that retains elasticity even at low temperatures, providing excellent grip on snow and ice. Winter tyres come in two types: studded and non-studded (lamella) tyres.
  • All-Season tyres – Combines the characteristics of summer and winter tyres. They can be used year-round but don’t offer the same level of grip or elasticity as summer or winter tyres.

Tread Pattern Types:

  • Symmetrical Multi-Directional Pattern – The most versatile option.
  • Directional Pattern – Improves water drainage and reduces the risk of hydroplaning.
  • Asymmetrical Pattern – Combines the advantages of both pattern types for better vehicle stability and control.

In addition, pay attention to the tyre’s load and speed index, as well as the tyre’s construction type. Modern passenger cars typically use tubeless tyres, which are lighter and safer than those with inner tubes.

tyres can also have different ply types: radial or diagonal. Radial tyres offer better road grip. If you enjoy off-road driving, you’ll need tyres with reinforced sidewalls and deeper tread patterns.
